Project Agreement

Every project begins only after both parties agree on the scope, timeline, and pricing.

Payments

• Advance payment may be required before work begins.
• Remaining payment must be completed according to the agreed milestones.
• Delayed payments may delay project delivery.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of the final project will be transferred after full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, logos, images, credentials, and timely feedback.

Limitation of Liability

Affidev shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Third-Party Services

Projects may use third-party APIs, hosting providers, payment gateways, or plugins. Their availability and policies are outside our control.
