Order Cancellation

• Clients may request cancellation before the project work has started.
• Once the project has commenced, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the work completed.
• Any completed work or expenses incurred up to the cancellation date will be chargeable.

Refund Policy

• Advance payments made for digital services are generally non-refundable once work has started.
• If Affidev is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to us, a partial or full refund may be considered after reviewing the project status.
• No refunds will be provided for completed milestones, delivered source files, digital products, or downloadable items.
• Refund requests, if eligible, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
